Peter Collins
Peter Collins is a senior consultant to Healy Corporate Communications.  He has more than 25 years of public relations industry experience, encompassing media relations and publicity strategy development for a range of corporate clients in both business-to-business and consumer industries.  Before joining Healy Corporate Communications in 2009, Mr. Collins was chief media strategist for the Marketing Communications group at Fleishman-Hillard’s New York office.  There, he also played a key role as part of the firm’s Media Relations Council, a select cadre of publicity strategists.

Mr. Collins worked on Fleishman-Hillard’s major pharmaceutical and consumer accounts, where he formed strong relationships with producers and editors at the nation’s most influential media, from the “Today Show” to the Associated Press.  He was one of the agency’s strongest broadcast specialists.

Before joining Fleishman-Hillard, Mr. Collins worked at Rowland Communications, known for its consumer marketing prowess; Rubenstein Associates, an agency noted for its ability to generate publicity for New York-based clients; and Ruder-Finn, a top PR firm.

During his career, Mr. Collins has won two Big Apple Awards (one for the re-positioning of St. Joseph Aspirin for Baby Boomers, and another related to the introduction of Pepcid Complete).  He also organized the St. Joseph Heart Health Hop, at the time dubbed the “World’s Longest Dance Party,” according to Guinness World Records.

Brian Healy
As account executive, Mr. Healy (nephew of the firm’s founder, Sean Healy) focuses on account management and administration, including development and oversight of media lists and reports, budgets, editorial calendars, thought-leadership pieces and press releases.  He also manages the company web site and social media strategy.  His prior work included stints as an assistant golf pro and butcher shop manager.

Mr. Healy is a 2007 graduate of the University of Vermont, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (marketing concentration).  A native of Walpole, Mass., he is a graduate of Boston’s Catholic Memorial High School, where he played hockey and golf at one of the country’s most renowned high school athletic programs.
